This past Thursday and Friday I was give the opportunity to strike some plates for a movie being filmed in the area. The weather was constantly in flux, and I made images on location in windy conditions, with rain, rapidly changing light, and sometimes tight time constraints interspersed with long waits. It was a baptism by fire in many ways, but worth every minute.
I had a wonderful time meeting the actors, and chatting with the crew. In the end we managed about eight images of varying quality. Some are blurry and a bit overexpose, and a few are absolutely beautiful. They all have a wonderful creepy old feel to them which is exactly what the director was looking for.
For now I am keeping mum about the details of the movie. If and when I get permission to say more I will. And hopefully you will get to see a few images as well.
Thank you Nancy for giving me the opportunity, and being so very helpful! I couldn't have done it without you.
